By completing this voluntary survey, participants are consenting to participate in the survey.
The only risk involved in this study would be loss of data, but risk is extremely low because no direct identifiers are collected. There is no direct benefit to you for participation.
The purpose of this study is to survey relevant stakeholders regarding their interest in the research and the commercial application of CattleTracker™, an optimized PV system design and land management strategy to co-locate PV energy production and regeneratively-grazed cattle. Stakeholders may consist of solar industry professionals working in project development, project management, asset management, construction, manufacturing, and financing; energy customers, economic development authorities, utilities, and electric member coops; and/or land management professionals, regenerative ranchers, ecosystem scientists, and other farming communities.
Duration of participation is approximately 10-15 minutes, or the time it takes to complete the survey. There will be no follow-up required of participants.
Data will be kept for a minimum of 10 years in electronic files managed by the research team. Raw data will only be shared among research team members for quality control purposes. Summary and statistical data may be disseminated publicly after aggregation in the form of reports, announcements, and publications.
