Please fill out this form to submit nominations for important leadership positions with APPA. You may complete this form multiple times to submit candidates for different offices. Reminder: Each nominee MUST be an individual member of APPA. Each individual can only run for one position. Duplicates will be reviewed by the Nominations Committee and a single candidacy selected. The deadline to submit nominations is Monday, February 17 at 5 p.m. EST.
