7.As a competitor, I will be provided with the following:

Dropped off Prior to Event
  • 3 x 1L Bottles of Tito's Handmade Vodka
  • 4 x 32oz Bottles of Clamato
  • 300 x Skewers for Garnish
  • 2 x Sample Cups for Practice
Already Set Up at Event
  • 300 x Sample Cups for Serving
  • Two x 6' Tables with Black Table Cloths - One for prep & one for "plating" & signage
  • 10 x 10 Pop Up Tent
  • Ice, Bar Rags, & Napkins
At Check-In
  • Competitor Sign featuring logo
  • 300 x Paddle Skewers with logo & Voting QR Code

8.I am a local bar or restaurant within 30-miles of Minot, ND.(Required.)
9.I must provide staffing to mix, pour, and "plate" samples during the event. Each competitor will be provided with one volunteer to assist.(Required.)
10.I understand that my staff must arrive between 9:30am and 10:30am and be ready to serve by 11:00am.(Required.)
11.I understand that Competitors will select their table location upon arrival, first come, first choice.(Required.)
12.I understand that all competitors are required to have Tito's Vodka in their mix. Competitors may add another type of liquor in addition if they choose.(Required.)
13.I will provide Caesar ingredients for 300, 2.5oz samples, including garnishes.(Required.)
14.I understand as a competitor that I may give out promo items such as logo wear, swag, coupons, etc.(Required.)
15.I understand that the competition will award three trophies to competitors. The awards will be based on majority vote by ticket holders who will consume the samples during the event.
