The Broker of the Year Award recognizes a Managing Broker or Broker Associate in a leadership role who demonstrates exemplary leadership and professional standards.
Criteria:
Honorees are respected by their peers and clients for their integrity, strong work ethic, and problem-solving skills.

This award highlights a broker’s ability to inspire excellence, uphold the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, and foster a culture of professionalism.
