Affiliate meetings and events are permitted during the following times:

Saturday, December 6 4:00 PM-8:30 PM
Sunday, December 7 10:30 AM-1:15 PM 6:30 PM-8:30 PM
Monday, December 8 5:30 PM-8:30 PM
*DEADLINE: OCTOBER 3, 2025 BY 1:OOPM EST.*

*To ensure allocation of a meeting space and inclusion of group’s information on the Affiliates tab of the conference app, please submit your form by this deadline.
