Our Bargaining Team is asking for support of Legacy Unity Healthcare Workers. Based on our experience, Legacy will not make serious proposals at the bargaining table unless Pros, Techs, and RNs commit to collective action.
This pledge is NOT the strike vote, but a pledge to call for a vote if a strike authorization is needed.
