APAAC is planning its calendar for the 2025-2026 CLE year and is seeking presentation proposals for trainings throughout the year, including our conferences, seminars, Motor Monday Webinars, and Webinar Wednesday events. The theme for the 2025 Prosecutor, Victim Advocate, Legal Assistant, and Administrative Professional Conferences will be Ministers of Justice Seeking Justice for All. We welcome presentation proposals on a wide variety of topics.
APAAC invites you to complete the proposal form and submit it for consideration by the APAAC Best Practices Committee. If your presentation is selected, APAAC will work with the presenter to identify the best mode for the presentation and a date that works for both the presenter and APAAC.

Please note the following:

- All fields below must be substantively completed for the proposal to be considered. Responses such as "will provide later" are not sufficient for consideration.

- Trainings will be held between June 2025 and June 2026, on a date coordinated with the presenter(s).

- Most trainings will be held in the Phoenix area. APAAC will cover the travel-related expenses for presenters.

- Trainings may run anywhere from 1.0 to 6.0 hours. The online form includes a space to specify the length of your proposed training.

- Written materials must accompany presentations and are due to APAAC no later than 30 days prior to the training date.

- Presenters need not be attorneys and need not work for prosecution offices.
