Deadline
Nomination packages must be received on or before NOON on Friday, January 12, 2024. No exceptions. All 3 nomination requirements must be submitted on or before this deadline.

How to Submit a Nomination Application Package

The nomination package includes these 3 requirements:
  1. Online nomination application completed by applicant. Note: You will be unable to save your answers as you go, so we recommend you preview the application here and prepare your answers in full before completing the online application.
  2. Completed Farmers' Market Endorsement Form, submitted to chair@bcfarmersmarket.org. You can download the form here. Farmers’ market endorsement must be provided by the BCAFM member farmers’ market by way of vote.
  3. Minutes of the board meeting at which the candidate was nominated and approved by their farmers’ market board. Submit this to chair@bcfarmersmarket.org along with the Farmers' Market Endorsement Form.

Without a completed nomination package, including completed online nomination application, farmers’ market endorsement form and a copy of the minutes, the nomination will not be accepted.
