Region 9 Public Health Service and Job Opportunities Interest Survey

PHI Center for Health Leadership & Impact (CHLI) is supporting recruitment of recent and upcoming public health graduates into governmental public health positions within California, Arizona, and Nevada by sharing information from interested candidates directly with health department hiring staff.

Many health departments are looking to fill open positions. This project is meant to close the gap by putting interested candidates in front of local health departments. If you are interested in working in governmental public health and would like your information shared with governmental public health departments, please complete the interest survey below.

This interest survey is not connected to any specific job opportunities and does not serve as an application. Completing this interest survey does not guarantee a response from or employment with a governmental health department. CHLI is not responsible for contacting, screening, interviewing, or hiring individuals who complete this survey.
