OVS Office Hours Pilot Training: Question Submission Form
The New York State Office of Victim Services (OVS) Office Hours Pilot Training is an open forum for OVS-funded program staff to learn more about a specific topic, and to have OVS-function related questions answered by OVS staff.
This form will allow attendees to submit questions in advance of the Office Hours session. Appropriate questions received in advance may be prioritized. Some questions may require additional follow-up or clarification in order to be answered. Questions containing inappropriate or confidential information will not be answered.
Anonymity of Submissions:
Questions submitted via this form are only accessible to OVS' Community Engagement Liaison in the Training and Outreach Unit. Additional confidentiality preferences are self-selected upon completion of this form. Identifying information is scrubbed and will remain confidential from staff in other units unless explicit permission is given to share.
