1. Parish Information and Mission Preferences

Each year parishes are required, as determined by the Archbishop, to welcome a mission appeal as part of the Missionary Cooperation Plan (MCP). The Society for the Propagation of the Faith office (SPOF) in Milwaukee is responsible for pairing parishes with Mission Groups for the MCP.
We are dedicated to trying to find the best fit of mission group to parish. In order to assign a group that fits your parish's needs and capacity, please complete this survey by January 31, 2024.
