This survey is to report summarized data that your school district, or company has received from drivers on school bus illegal passing incidents.

This data is assembled into an annual report to document the problem of illegal passing across the United States. The survey is coordinated by the National Association of State Directors of Pupil Transportation Services (NASDPTS). The survey is vital to improving the the safety of students in school bus loading zones. The survey is frequently cited by policy makers when updating stop arm running laws and other safety countermeasures.
