  • Understands the business model of a rep group and encourages the use of reps
  • Knows the overall incentive market and uses that knowledge to support sales and service activities for their company
  • Is a good listener
  • Exhibits honesty and transparency
  • Communicates expectations to reps and regularly communicates performance levels
  • Devotes attention to revenue-generating activities vs. administrative
  • Exhibits a true understanding of the product they are selling / buying
  • Shows accessibility & willingness to discuss opportunities in and out of the box
  • Enables Customer Support to grow new business and maintain existing business
  • Maximizes the tools of RepLink (inventory availability, SQ, Backorder Status, timeliness & accuracy of adding/updating data)
  • Makes the company you own or work for more profitable and competitive
  • Is proactive, not reactive
  • Doesn't make commitments that can't be supported
  • Empowers support staff to make decisions (within reasonable parameters)
  • Advocates within their organization for policies and practices that enhance sales opportunities
  • Provides support to ensure commissions are processed in a timely manner
