- Provides relevant information to a supplier when requesting a quote
- Invests the time to understand a brand and its products to become the subject matter expert
- Always puts the client first - builds and maintains a relationship with them
- Always exhibits professionalism
- Always looks for new ways to expand the brand's visibility
- Doesn't make commitments that can't be met by the supplier(s) they represent
- Makes the company more profitable and competitive
- Displays an ability to be nimble and make decisions if the supplier is unavailable
