* 9. Vacation/missed pickups:  We do not offer a refund or credit for missed pickups. You may always send a substitute to pick up your box, with no need to notify us or the site host. If you are unable to pick up your box and have no sub, your box will be distributed at the end of the pickup time frame so that the produce does not go to waste.
