To support the next generation of bioethicists, the Emory Center for Ethics is collaborating with the Greenwall Foundation, Georgetown University's Kennedy Institute of Ethics, Harvard Medical School's Center for Bioethics, Saint Louis University's Albert Gnaegi Center for Health Care Ethics and University of Colorado Center for Bioethics and Humanities to financially support a limited number of undergraduate students to attend in this year's American Society for Bioethics & Humanities conference in St. Louis, Missouri from September 18 - 21, 2024. We plan to provide (i) conference registration at the student rate, (ii) up to $500 in travel costs to St. Louis, (iii) accommodation in St. Louis and (iv) some meals. In addition, selected students will be given opportunities for cross-institutional faculty mentorship and a pre-conference workshop designed to help undergraduate students get the most out of the conference. If you are selected for this sponsorship, we will help you contact a faculty member at your university to seek additional support for conference attendance, but our financial support is not contingent on whether or not your university is able to provide you any support.

More information about the ASBH Conference is available here: https://asbh.org/annual-meeting/bioethics-humanities-meeting
