Winter Market

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Winter Market at The PARC in Tysons. We are designed to be the hub for placemaking and community building within the Tysons area and the entire Fairfax County community.

Please fill out this form with as many details as possible and a Celebrate Fairfax, (CF) staff member will be in contact with additional information.

Please note:
  • This form indicates your interest in participating at the event.
  • CF strives to select a variety of vendors and products, but we cannot guarantee exclusivity. CF reserves the right to select exhibitors based on variety and space.
  • Preference will be given to Made in Fairfax partners and unique Fairfax County based small-scale production businesses.
  • A Certificate of Insurance is required by all exhibitors.
  • Food-related exhibitors may only sell pre-packaged items, intended for off-site consumption, in accordance with VDACS regulations. Sampling may be approved if correct guidelines are followed. Guidelines will be emailed to all food-related exhibitors.
  • Booth space is free to approved exhibitors but requires a $50 refundable deposit.

* 6. A Certificate of Insurance is required to participate in every event produced by Celebrate Fairfax, Inc. This proof of coverage must be in the amount of no less than $1 million for general liability. Celebrate Fairfax, Inc. and the County of Fairfax, Virginia must be named as additionally insured on this policy. If you do not have business insurance, you can purchase limited liability insurance for this event through CF for $85. More information on this will be emailed to you.
