Fill Out Completely for Each Student

Periods 1-5 are mandatory for all students in regular classes (core academic courses plus Bible).   ALL full-time students, including seniors with afternoon work, must take Bible and attend weekly chapel services.  Elective courses cannot be guaranteed, due to class sizes.  Choose an alternate elective that you wish to be placed in if your first choice is not available.  Due to the number of students, we cannot verify elective enrollment until the afternoon of Open House.

Students in self-contained ESE classrooms will have a customized curriculum.  There is no need to indicate a choice of class for these students in the secondary ESE class with Mr. Carman and Mrs. Ellingham.

ALL STUDENTS' COURSE SELECTIONS WILL BE REVIEWED BY THE GUIDANCE COUNSELOR OR PRINCIPAL BEFORE THEY ARE APPROVED.  A STUDENT MAY NOT REPEAT AN ACADEMIC COURSE FOR CREDIT THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY SUCCESSFULLY EARNED.  TEXTBOOKS FOR 6TH-8TH WILL BE PRINT TEXTBOOKS, WHILE 9TH-12TH GRADES WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A SCHOOL-OWNED MICROSOFT SURFACE GO TOUCHSCREEN LAPTOP WITH E-TEXTBOOKS THAT ARE INTERACTIVE.  THESE COMPUTERS WILL BE FOR THE STUDENT THE ENTIRE YEAR AND MAY BE TAKEN HOME WITH THEM DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR. A BOOK BAG WITH LAPTOP PADDING INSIDE IS REQUESTED TO BE USED BY STUDENTS TO TRANSPORT THE COMPUTERS. THEY ARE SMALL AND COMPACT BUT MUST BE PROTECTED. INSURANCE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE LAPTOP.
