United Way of Whatcom County Community Impact Grant 2023

This is a two-part application. The first part is a Common Application, shared with the City of Bellingham's Housing, Human and Social Services grants. The second part is a United Way-specific Addendum.

Applicants may request program funding or funding in support of general operating expenses. While this application may refer to "program”, please respond with the appropriate program-specific response, or agency details if requesting general operating funding.

Applicants must submit all materials to United Way by Friday, February 10th, 2023.

There are two ways to submit your application:

Through this online portal which includes both the Common Application and United Way-specific Addendum and an area to upload all required documentation OR
By submitting the Common Application and United Way-specific Addendum Word documents and all required documentation via email to hello@unitedwaywhatcom.org

Submit your application only once: through this portal or via email, not both.

If you plan to submit online, we recommend that you draft responses to each question and then copy them into the online submission form.

*Currently funded organizations please note the following:

Year-end reports will be due in April of 2023. Please visit our website where more information will soon be shared.
Currently funded organizations with grants ending June 30, 2023 are eligible to submit a 2023 grant application to UWWC.
Currently funded organizations with a multi-year grant (awarded in July of 2022) are eligible to apply for new funding at the end of their multi-year grant cycle.
