Please fill out the following form to report on your section's activities and finances for 2023. You may return to this form at any time by following the link in the email sent to you. We recognize that not all of the standard questions will pertain to you. If you did not have any activities this year, please respond as such.

Officers are expected to submit the complete information requested. Please email Emma Taylor Soiles esoiles@siam.org with questions regarding the form.

The deadline to submit your report is January 1, 2024. Failure to return this report in a timely fashion can affect your section's eligibility for funds.
