Oneida County Local Services Plan - Stakeholder Survey

New York State Mental Hygiene Law requires OASAS, OMH, and OPWDD to facilitate the Local Service Planning process with Local Government Units (LGUs). The Local Service plan establishes the local priorities, needs, and outcomes for the LGU in the coming year and the metrics used to measure the outcome. This plan encompasses the priorities and needs to best service those impacted by mental illness, substance use, and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities. Local Service Plans are a key component of the Statewide Comprehensive Plan which provisions for both State and Local Services to individuals impacted by the above. Oneida County, as the LGU, is responsible for completing this plan and for gathering information from local stakeholders to report in the Local Service Plan.

Please answer the following questions, which focus on mental health, substance use, and intellectual/developmental disabilities, to the best of your ability. We appreciate and look forward to your input!
