·       I understand that the position of a coach is one of privilege, as coaches play a critical role in young players development and enjoyment of football.

·       I understand that Coaches act as teachers, role models and leaders to their players.  They have the ability to exert substantial influence over a young players’ football experience and personal development in establishing lifelong values and behaviours.  I understand and respect the trust parents and the Club places with me should I be appointed as a coach.

·       I agree to abide by the Club’s Code of Conduct in regards to language, types of messages and overall manner when communicating with players.

·       I understand the Club will provide me with feedback and training to improve my coaching.

·       I will follow the Clubs core player policy guidelines in regards to playing times.

·       I will follow the Club’s grading policy in regards to placing players in teams suited for their development.

·       I will endeavour to rotate players positions during games to ensure that players are constantly involved.

·       I understand that coaches are expected to attend all club social functions and encourage families to participate.

·       I understand that coaches are expected to attend all club meetings relevant to coaches when these are held

·       I understand that as much possible, teams of the same age groups are to spend time training together as a squad to ensure continuity and friendships.

·       I understand that coaches are encouraged to attend development squad training evenings as part of coaches ongoing development.
