Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo (OHCE 2023) Hosted Buyer Qualification Survey

Please complete the below survey to be considered for the National ARVC Hosted Buyer program at OHCE2023. 

Membership with National ARVC is required to participate in this program. If you are not a member, please contact National ARVC at membership@arvc.org or by phone at 303-681-0401 before completing this application.

Completion of this survey does not guarantee admittance into the Hosted Buyer Program. Applicants will be notified within five business days if their application has been approved.

Upon approval for the Hosted Buyer program, I understand that my credit card information will be stored via the completion of a $0.01 transaction. If I do not complete the below requirements of the Hosted Buyer program, I will be charged USD 595.00 within ten business days of the conference closing to this card.

Requirements:

- Schedule and attend a minimum of six face-to-face meetings with participating exhibitors

- Physically "check-in" to your Hosted Buyer meetings on-site at the dedicated meeting space or Expo at OHCE2023. The check-in is required as it is how we confirm your attendance at your six meetings. Instructions on how to check in will be provided closer to OHCE2023. (Required.)
