All attendees of MSMS hosted meetings, events, and other activities are expected to exhibit respectful, professional, and collegial behavior during meetings, events and activities. This includes but is not limited to dinners, receptions, and social gatherings held in conjunction with MSMS hosted meetings, events and other activities. Attendees should exercise consideration and respect in their speech and actions, including while making formal presentations to other attendees, and should be mindful of their surroundings and fellow participants.

MSMS has a zero tolerance policy for harassment at meetings and events. The Code protects members, employees and all other attendees at MSMS meetings and events from harassment. The Code prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports harassment or participates in an investigation of harassment. Harassment can be reported to the CEO, Speaker, Vice-Speaker or Legal Counsel.
