We are excited that you are interested in getting involved with the St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce! Our Chamber has many different committees for you to choose from. Please check all that you are interested in volunteering for. The Committees will hold meetings and the invitations will be sent out via e-mail prior. As most committee meetings take place via Zoom, please ensure your contact information is correct before submitting. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Membership - Co-Chairs: Richie Lewis & Jessica Reab
Interested in helping grow our membership and reaching out to current members? This committee is for you! This committee will meet approximately 6 times a year.

Governmental Affairs - Co-Chairs: Timothy Doody & Lisa Borne Kott
The St. Bernard Chamber's Governmental Affairs Committee strives to bring information to our members. As a part of this committee, you will help provide the Chamber with information to keep the membership informed about what is happening in Government that can affect businesses. The Governmental Affairs Committee also plans the Annual Legislative Breakfast. This committee will meet as needed.

Women's Professional Network - Co-Chairs: Lani Fast & Lisa Borne Kott
2023 events will be held in February, May, August, & November. Sign up to help plan these events. This committee will meet approximately 4 times a year.

Leadership St. Bernard - Chair: Lara Schultz
Are you an LSB Alumni? Are you interested in helping to plan the classes for the next year's class? If so, this committee is for you. The LSB Committee will meet as needed.

Luncheons/Podcast - Co-Chairs: Lisa Borne Kott & Art Yves
The Chamber Luncheon/Podcast Committee will meet monthly to discuss possible speakers for podcasts and luncheons. The 2023 Luncheons are scheduled to take place in January, April, August, and December. Help select speakers you want to hear from!

Spotlight St. Bernard - Co-Chairs: Mindy Nunez Airhart & Elizabeth Ellison-Frost
The Business Expo and Job Fair is scheduled for April 13th, 2023. Interested in helping plan this event? If so, this committee is for you. The committee will begin meeting in January.

Shop Small Saturday - Co-Chairs: Richie Lewis & Jessica Reab
The Shop Small Saturday Committee is responsible for planning Shop Small Saturday on November 25th. Want to help plan the events? If so, this committee is for you.

Political Forums - Co-Chairs: Jacques Alfonso & Lisa Borne Kott
In the event of an election, the St. Bernard Chamber hosts a Political Forum for the public to give St. Bernard residents the chance to learn more about the candidates running. The Chamber does not endorse any candidate or elected office. The Political Forum Committee forms the questions for this event. This committee will meet when needed.

Tour da Parish - Chair: David Huff
Every November, the St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce gathers cyclists from across the country for Tour da Parish, a non-competitive Bike Ride around beautiful St. Bernard Parish. This year's bike ride will be held on November 4th. This committee will begin meeting in April to begin planning the event.

Marketing/ Advertising - Co-Chairs: Lisa Borne Kott & Art Yves
The Marketing/ Advertising Committee works together to create a plan to better promote the Chamber and its members. This committee will meet approximately 12 times a year.

Professional Development - Co-Chairs: Richie Lewis & Scott Richoux
The Professional Development Committee will work to plan one class per quarter that would be beneficial to our current members to help them work on their business. If you are interested in helping to plan and organize these classes, this committee is for you! The Professional Development Committee will meet approximately 4 times a year.
