AWMAC's annual general meeting will be held on June 10, 2023, at the Hilton Toronto.
Registration and breakfast begin at 7:30 a.m., and the AGM will be called to order at 8:00 a.m.

Who should complete this proxy form?
Voting members who are unable to attend the AGM.
(Manufacturer Members, Installer Members, Supplier Members and Life Members)

Who can be appointed as a proxy holder?
Anyone attending the AGM can be appointed as a proxy holder, including non-members. If you are unsure whom to appoint, consider your chapter's national director as an option.

Are you attending and authorized to vote on behalf of your company?
There is no need to appoint a proxy holder.
