2023 ASAHP Travel Award Application

Deadline: September 1, 2023

Purpose: The Association of Schools Advancing Health Professions sponsors a travel award for a faculty member belonging to an underrepresented group to help cover the cost of attending the 2023 ASAHP Annual Conference in Fort Lauderdale Beach, FL. There will be one award this year of $1,000 each for an attendee at large from an ASAHP member institution.

Current member of ASAHP

Faculty member at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, with 5 years or less at your current level preferred

Commitment to attend the in-person 2023 ASAHP Annual Conference in Fort Lauderdale Beach, FL

Current abridged CV (no more than 5 pages)

Letter of support from the chair or program director stating your potential and assurance of support in the form of protected time and funding for travel & registration for the ASAHP Annual Conference.

Selection criteria: The strength of your application will be based on a demonstration to commit to the requirements of this program and the support from your institution.
