AWARDS ENTRY INFORMATION
Welcome to The New Zealand Rainbow Excellence Awards 2022. We are very excited that you are considering entering.
Before you proceed, we recommend the following: 1. Download and read the ENTRY INFORMATION PACK 2. Download the ENTRY TEMPLATE to use for entering each category (and there is a separate one for Ambassadorship and Executive Leadership Award).
Then, please pay for your REGISTRATION FEE via our ticketing platform and enter your ticket number in the survey below. ENTRY IS FREE FOR NON PROFITS AND CHARITIES or organisations not in a position to pay.
Please read the following before continuing with your entry.
The entry process will be broken into 3 main parts.
Organisation Information : A high level overview about your organisation and entry (We highly recommend that you complete your entry in a word document and then cut and paste into these sections).
Category specific information per category you are entering outlining information that supports the core criteria for that category. You will need to upload one document per category - and you can use the template provided above. We have allowed space to enter up to 5 categories, however please let us know if you require more.
Supporting documentation where you provide clear evidence to the judges for each category you are entering. For each category you can include supporting information such as policy, training, presentations, letters of support, reports, data, photos, etc. You decide what is essential for your entry, but please consolidate this info one PDF or document to upload.
We suggest you use bullet points where possible and consolidate your supporting documents to upload. All entry information must be included in this form and additional submissions will not be accepted via email (unless you have a file that won't upload)
All entry information will be used for the purposes of judging the awards. If you are a finalist or winner, The Awards may share information about your entry at the awards event, on social media, and other media. By submitting this entry you are providing permission for The Awards to use your information for these purposes. If your organisation has any additional confidentiality or PR sign off requirements, please contact Martin King, Awards Director, to discuss a specific plan for your organisation's requirements.
