2022 One Maryland One Book Author Tour Participant Survey

This program is sponsored by Maryland Humanities. Please take five minutes to tell us about your overall experience. Your participation in this survey is voluntary. Your responses will help us learn how we can improve future programs.

All respondents who choose to participate will be entered into a drawing to win one of 20 $10 gift cards (at one of the following stores: Panera, Dunkin Donuts, or Barnes & Noble); we will ask for an email address at the end of the survey for the sole purpose of notifying winners.

If you have questions, suggestions, or concerns regarding this survey, contact Eden Etzel at eetzel@mdhumanities.org.
