Due to the cancellation of this year’s Annual Meeting, we were unable to convene our Business Meeting, which includes the election of new members of the Philanthropy Southeast Board of Trustees.
Thankfully, we are able to conduct this vote online, giving all our members the opportunity to approve an outstanding slate of nominees. This process is identical to what we used in 2020, when the Annual Meeting was entirely virtual.

The results of this vote will be announced at our 2022 Business Meeting, which will be offered as a webinar on Tuesday, December 13, at 1:00pm ET.
We are asking for you to vote on a slate of nominees that has been approved by both our Governance Committee and Board of Trustees. This year’s slate has three nominees:
