Culinary Vendor Application Process
1. Vendors must complete and submit application online.
2. 12-15 selected vendors will be notified of their acceptance by email. A Culinary Vendor Contract will be forwarded at time of acceptance.
3. Vendors must provide the following:
- Signed Culinary Vendor Contract
- Certificate of Insurance naming the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival as an additional insured (a rider on your existing policy)
- High-resolution logo and image (jpg, eps, or vector format)
- Social media handles and website link

NEW! Culinary vendors will be provided with a Square terminal to process transactions as the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival goes cashless for 2022. Vendors will set their own prices for food items (subject to NGWF approval) and retain 70% of their sales, with the remainder covering event and administrative costs of the Festival. This revenue split is in lieu of an upfront vendor participation fee.

- Professionally installed tent (10' wide x20' deep) with limited electric*
- Square terminal with preset vendor menu and pricing
- Two 8’ tables
- Flooring
- One bag of ice per day*
- Shared refrigerated storage (limits will apply)
- Support during operating hours to assist with retrieving items from the refrigeration truck and waste/wastewater removal
- Overnight security
Culinary Vendor to provide:
- Food products
- Staffing
- Equipment *must meet all safety guidelines
- Décor items
- Dry goods (utensils, plates, cups, etc.)
*Culinary vendors are responsible for meeting Niagara Region Public Health guidelines.
