Thank you for your interest in participating in the first annual Hancock County Health Fair!

The event will be held Saturday, June 18, 2022, from 10 AM - 2 PM.

12560 Augusta Hwy Sparta, GA (Old Football Field)

All details regarding the event and set-up will be sent two weeks prior to the event.

The event is open to all health-focused groups, organizations, and businesses!

Vendor Fee is $25 per organization

Payments must be written out via check to Community Health Care Systems, Inc. and mailed to 116 Smith Street Tennille, GA 31089 at the ATTN of Geneva Walker, CHCS Bookkeeper
