Gilda's Club Volunteer Check-In

Beginning October 1, 2021, Gilda's Club will begin steps to welcome our community back into the clubhouse. This survey is designed to measure your comfort level towards returning to the clubhouse for volunteering, or preference for additional remote/virtual opportunities.
1.What is your comfort level in returning to the clubhouse beginning Oct. 1? Please note, exact start dates are dependent on the programming schedule and COVID-19 updates.

3.Are you eager to volunteer in the clubhouse if that becomes an option?
4.Are you eager to for a wide variety of remote/virtual volunteer opportunities?
5.Would you feel comfortable coming back to the clubhouse if all staff, volunteers, members and visitors were required to wear masks and/or gloves at all times?
