2021 Flint Hills Family Festival ARTwalk Submission

Thank you to all who participated in the 2021 Virtual ARTwalk! Contest submissions are now closed and winners will be notified soon. While entry to the contest is closed, you can still submit your student's artwork to be displayed on the 2021 Virtual ARTwalk website.

The ARTwalk began in 2003 as a way to lift up and celebrate the creativity of young people through a public, curated art exhibition during the Flint Hills Family Festival. All students grades PK to 12 are invited to submit artwork, and all visual artforms are welcome.

I (the instructor/leader/parent or guardian/submitter) give permission to the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts (“Ordway Center”) and its affiliates, agents and representatives to exhibit, use, reproduce, photograph and/or publish, in any media and for any purpose the artwork submitted for the 2021 ARTwalk on social media, displayed physically or in any other form on or around the Ordway Center’s facilities or as otherwise determined by the Ordway Center in its sole discretion. I have the ownership rights, authority and permission to make such submission and hereby irrevocably grant to the Ordway Center forever any and all rights and interest with respect to said submission and/or other reproductions, including, but not limited to, the assignable right to copyright or permit others to copyright and to publicly use or permit others to publicly use said submissions for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes. I hereby release and agree to defend and hold harmless the Ordway Center and the other entities/persons listed above from any and all liability, directly or indirectly, resulting from the submissions and the use of the submissions as provided herein. Winners will be selected by an experienced visual artist or other individuals selected by the Ordway Center. Ordway Center holds the right to refuse display or use, in any manner, of any art submitted as determined in its sole discretion.
