QRMFN 2021 Backbone of the Bush Award

The Queensland Rural Medical Family Network (QRMFN) was formed to recognise, empower and support rural medical spouses, partners and families. In doing so we also strive to support the doctors in rural and remote practice and training throughout Queensland.

The QRMFN is a not-for-profit organisation funded through Health Workforce Queensland.

The Backbone of the Bush Award recognises the personal and professional achievements of partners or spouses of rural doctors, as well as their service to rural locations and support provided to their doctor partner or spouse.

The 2021 Backbone of the Bush Award will be presented at the David Horn Memorial Gala Dinner at the 2021 RDAQ Conference on the Gold Coast, QLD on Saturday, 26 June, 2021. The nomination period closes on Wednesday, 31 March.

Please read the Backbone of the Bush Award Terms and Conditions before commencing the Nomination Form.

If you have any questions regarding the Backbone of the Bush Award or the Nomination Form, please contact QRMFN via email or 07 3105 7800.
