Thank you for taking the opportunity to participate in the 2021 Winship Shared Resources Assessment Survey. We truly value the information you will contribute.

Please plan on setting aside approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on how many shared resources you have used within the past year. In exchange for your time, if you elect to provide your email address at the end of this survey, you will be entered in a drawing to win one of five Amazon gift cards valued at $100*.

All survey responses will remain completely anonymous. However, your responses are vital in continuing to provide services that meet the highest standards of quality, along with determining which services best meet the needs of Winship investigators.

*Updated. One entry per person. Emory University email addresses only. All entries must be in by 11:59 a.m. EST on the day of drawing, June 1, 2021. We will pick winners at 1:00 p.m. EST. Entries submitted after 11:59 a.m. on June 1, 2021 will not be included in the prize selection. Emory employees/students who do not wish to complete the survey may still enter to win by submitting Emory email address to winshipadmin@emory.edu. Winners will be contacted by Winship administration.
