2021 Advocacy: Take Our Virtual Advocacy Challenge!
Each year, HCA hosts an Advocacy Day in Albany. However, due to COVID-19, we are asking HCA members to host their own virtual advocacy meetings during the month of March to discuss this year’s Executive Budget.
The good news is that this format allows you to meet with lawmakers without coming to Albany. Plus, you are welcome to include as many staff as you’d like to help tell your organization’s story!
Simply locate your state Senator and Assembly member’s contact information, schedule a meeting on Zoom or another video conferencing platform, and discuss what this year’s budget proposals mean to you, your organization, staff and patients.
Once your meetings have concluded, please fill out the form below for each meeting. Individuals who meet with their legislators prior to March 12 will automatically be entered into a drawing to win a $100 Amazon gift card.
