Volunteer Levy Refund Claim

Volunteering is crucial to keeping our Club running

As a part of your fees you have paid a $100 volunteer levy. To qualify for this levy to be refunded you need to complete a task listed as approved for volunteering. The length of time requirement must also be achieved, for example 2 hours at the working bee does not qualify. 

Once you fulfil this requirement you can apply for the refund.

Refunds are only processed a few times per season so you may not receive your refund for a number of weeks after application.
