Thank you for requesting materials from the Healthy Brain Initiative in Indian Country. We are providing materials to tribal organizations, tribal providers, and urban Indian healthcare providers. (See images below).
Requests are limited to one per tribe or organization for a maximum of $250. Orders will take 3-4 weeks to process. We have a limited printing budget each grant year and may not be able to fulfill all requests.
Suggested usages include flyers in meal boxes or newsletter mailings, putting posters in areas frequented by elders and caregivers, or distributing provider guides to clinicians in the health clinic as part of an educational session on Alzheimer’s and dementia.
We will follow-up to ask how you used the materials, whether they met your needs and ask about additional resource needs!
