1. General Demographic Information

Progress Lakeshore's efforts to retain existing businesses in Manitowoc County include conducting a survey of local employers' benefits. The results of this survey allow companies to compare their own employment and benefits practices with that of their peers in the area and assists them when considering adjustments to their human resource initiatives. 

We invite your company to participate in this survey. The survey should be completed by the person most familiar with your company's human resource practices, including wages and benefits. In order for the results to best represent the local employment and benefits climate, the survey should be completed only once for each company. 

Please ensure your company's survey is completed by Thursday, July 15, 2021. We will share the results with you in late summer.
