Napa County Veterans Commission Strategic Planning Survey

The Napa County Veterans Commission is conducting this survey to develop its Strategic Plan. Your opinions, especially those of Veterans, their families, services providers, and other Community and Faith-Based Organizations serving this population are vital to ensuring that the Veterans Commission makes and influences decisions that provide the greatest impact.

This survey is broken into the following parts: Introduction, Demographics, Interest, Status of Services, Service Needs, and Other Feedback.

The survey will be available from 8:00 AM on August 18 until 5:00 PM on September 14, 2021. (Date extended to 9/14/2021 on 8/30/2021.)

Paper copies of the survey are available by request from the Veterans Service Office, located at 650 Imperial Way, Ste 101 (2nd Floor) Napa, CA 94559.

The electronic survey will be set to allow one response per responder—limited to one response per browser, and one submission of paper survey per person.

All responses to the survey are confidential.

This survey is estimated to take 8 minutes to complete.

If you need to exit the survey before you’re done, the survey system will allow you to return to your stopping point later (provided you are using the same computer/browser.)
