Lake View Comprehensive Plan Public Input Survey

The City of Lake View, in cooperation with Region XII Council of Governments, is preparing an update to the City of Lake View's Comprehensive Plan. The Comprehensive Plan is a strategic plan for the growth and development of the city. Part of the planning process includes a public input survey. Completing the following survey will help to identify strengths and weaknesses in the community, as well as what services are most important to local residents.

The following survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. None of the information you provide will be used to identify you, this is an anonymous survey.

Paper copies of this survey are available at Lake View City Hall. Completed paper copy surveys may be returned to Lake View City Hall or to Region XII COG at the address below.
