Beaver County has been building a countywide system of care (SOC) since 2006. The county has been refining its original SOC structure into a more comprehensive countywide effort. This effort is funded in part through Pennsylvania’s Human Service Block grant.

Beaver County Behavioral Health (BCBH) is part of the County of Beaver and administers most of the behavioral health and human services dollars spent in Beaver County. BCBH also takes the lead in developing the Human Service Plan. As part of the planning process, we work to obtain input from all stakeholders. You can help us learn about what works and what is needed in Beaver County by completing this survey. All responses are reviewed and considered in the final plan.
