Thank you for attending the 39th GLMA Annual Conference on LGBTQ Health.
Please take your time to complete this conference evaluation. Evaluations allow GLMA to assess how we met your continuing education needs as well as to develop better programming in the future.
Although email and name are optional, you must provide both in order to receive a CME/CE certificate (you are able to provide this information later in the survey).
Names and emails will not be associated with conference evaluation responses.
Continuing Education Certificates
To be eligible to receive CE credits, you must complete evaluations for each session you attended live and indicate your name, number of credits you are claiming and contact information at the end of the survey. This year, the fee for issuance of CE certificates was included in the cost of registration so you do not have to further pay to receive CE.
GLMA offers continuing education for medicine, nursing, and social work.
Annual Conference Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits
GLMA is accredited with commendation by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education (CME) for physicians. GLMA designates this live activity for a maximum of 19.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits (TM). Physicians should claim on the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The American Academy of Family Physicians has reviewed 39th GLMA Annual Conference on LGBTQ Health and deemed it acceptable for up to 19.25 Online Only, Live AAFP Prescribed credit. Term of Approval is from 09/23/2021 to 09/25/2021. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Each of the six plenary sessions for the 39th GLMA Annual Conference on LGBTQ Health is approved for one NASW continuing education contact hour. Note that the states of NJ, NY, NC and WV do not accept national CE approval programs.
