The 'Cook of the Year' is an individual category and is for non-certified cooks or volunteer kitchen staff.
The judging process for this category is conducted through a cooking challenge (date/venue TBA). Each participant will be given the same ingredients and time allocation to produce 2 dishes.
More than one person from a Club can enter this category, however each nominee must complete a separate submission form.
Please ensure you have read and understood the Conditions of Entry into the Clubs SA Awards for Excellence before completing your nomination.
