AURP Salary Survey 2021

As a service for the benefit of our member parks, AURP periodically conducts a salary survey. This salary information helps parks be more competitive by establising appropriate employee compensation arrangements.

2.If your park is affiliated with a university, is this university public or private?
3.In what geographic area is your park located?
4.What is the population size of your community?
5.What is the size of your annual park operating budget in U.S. dollars?
6.What is the base annual salary level for the senior person responsible for the park? (all amounts in U.S. dollars)
7.Is the park executive director/CEO compensated by incentive pay based on results in some form? This may include bonus pay for new company locations, or pay for the completion of strategic initiatives, etc. Please describe how this is handled at your park.
