Community Champions

Do you know someone who is a champion for the cause of behavioral health? A person or organization who has had an impact on the lives of those in our communities experiencing mental health and/or substance use issues? Now is your chance to recognize these Community Champions for their work. We will be collecting nominations until Monday, April 23. *We only recognize nominations for people in the communities in which we serve (regions of Metro East and Southern Illinois). We do not accept nominations for Centerstone staff because we already know how much they do for this community and we provide internal recognition.
