This application is for those who wish to serve on the 2021-22 USTA Middle States SECTION Board of Directors. Those serving on the current 2019-20 Board of Directors, must reapply for this new term.

If you wish to also apply to serve on your DISTRICT Council, you must also fill out a separate DISTRICT Council Application.

You need not be a USTA Member to apply, however if selected all Board members must have a current membership as of January 1, 2021.

* 15. Thank you for completing your application. It will be reviewed by the Section Nominating Committee after the deadline of April 9th. There will be an interview process during May and June for some of the candidates to fill the sixteen positions on the Board.
Should you be selected to serve on the Board of Directors, you will be required to be registered and SafePlay approved on Net Generation by October 1, 2020.
