PLAYER ELIGIBILITY for All Stars

·  Played in 60% or more of the regular season games.
·  Be able to provide an ORIGINAL birth certificate to verify age. No Copies, No exceptions. - start getting it now!
·  Players will be required to provide 3 additional items of documentation or a School Enrollment Affidavit to verify residency after selection to team. No exceptions.
·  Submission of this agreement online (or paper form) on or before due date 5/27.

COMMITMENT
Player needs to be available for practice starting June 7th, until their team is eliminated from the all star tournaments. While the number of practices varies by coach, most will practice every day leading up to the district tournament.

PLAYER NOTIFICATION DATE
All-Star announcements will be made at Everest Field on June 5th after the conclusion of the final Majors Game (5:00pm start time).  The selections will also be posted at Kirklandnational.com within 24 hours of the announcement.

UNIFORMS
The league will provide a budget based upon number of players on a team for purchase of uniforms. Uniforms must match completely per Little League Rules. Uniform consists of jersey, hat, and pants.

MINIMUM PLAYING TIME will be per the Little League Tournament rules.
"MANDATORY PLAY: If a tournament team has thirteen (13) or more eligible players in uniform at a game, then every player on a team roster shall participate in each game for a minimum of one (1) at bat. If a tournament team has twelve (12) or fewer eligible players in uniform at a game, then every player on a team roster shall participate in each game for a minimum of six (6) consecutive outs.
DO NOT EXPECT BALANCED PLAYING TIME.
