Nomination Deadline: Monday, September 30, 2019

Institutions of higher education may nominate an organizational unit or person that has demonstrated the outstanding use of a new technology tool or delivery system to accomplish a new method of student delivery or learning. The students may be located on or off campus, and may be taking a face-to-face, blended learning, or fully online course. The application must include how the efforts of the organizational unit or individual are new, innovative, unique and replicable.

Please complete the following application and submit it online. This nomination is made by the institution’s president/CEO or Provost/Academic Vice President. Nominees should not use more space than is allotted on the application. Be prepared to provide access to the student support Web site for the evaluation team or other means of innovative delivery review. Thank you.
